Throughout his career, Brandon has built and grown successful businesses from the ground up, driven by a passion for serving others, developing strong teams, building lasting relationships, and creating meaningful value for customers. As an entrepreneur, Brandon believes that success is about more than numbers, it is about integrity, hard work, perseverance, and making a positive impact on the people and communities around you. His Christian faith is a foundational part of who he is and guides the way he leads, serves, and approaches both business and life. Brandon’s greatest influences are his wife and their three daughters, who continually inspire him to lead with purpose, work hard, and strive to leave a lasting legacy. Through BeeQuip Products, he is committed to building a company founded on strong values, exceptional service, and a genuine desire to help customers succeed.
Jon is one of the Founding Partners of BeeQuip Products. He has more than 30 years of experience in multiple roles within the oil, gas & energy Industries. Having been blessed with some of the most amazing mentors in his past roles, he brings a wealth of technical knowledge to the team. With a strong faith in God and family, Jon is driven by building strong and lasting relationships. He believes that good people surround themselves with good people and that building a team of like-minded individuals with strong Christian values is core to the foundation of a business model that he wants to lead. Jon has a passion for spending time with his wife, two sons, granddaughter and extended family camping, fishing, hunting, boating, and visiting national parks. More than anything, watching his two boys participate in sports has been a great joy. He is committed to building a company founded on strong values, amazing relationships, and providing a high-quality product on time.
Brian is the Operations Manager at BeeQuip Products, bringing 32 years of experience in manufacturing and a strong background in gas cooling and production equipment. His responsibilities span manufacturing, field service, and logistics, where he applies critical thinking and Lean Manufacturing principles to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. Brian is passionate about continuous improvement and creating safe, effective manufacturing processes. He believes in identifying practical solutions, developing strong teams, and consistently looking for better ways to serve customers and strengthen operations. Outside of work, Brian is a Christian, a devoted family man, and enjoys spending his free time hunting, fishing, and playing cornhole. His faith, family, and commitment to doing things the right way are values he brings to both his personal and professional life.
As Director of Business Development for BeeQuip Products, Ken combines more than two decades of oil and gas industry experience with a strong commitment to customer success. He specializes in helping Oil and Gas operators identify equipment solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and long-term performance. Throughout his career, Ken has worked with customers across some of North America’s most active producing regions, providing technical expertise and support for a wide range of production and process equipment applications. His ability to build trusted relationships, understand customer challenges, and deliver practical solutions has made him a valued resource to clients and colleagues alike. A proud Texas A&M graduate with an MBA, Ken believes that strong partnerships, technical excellence, and responsive service are the foundation of long-term success in the energy industry.
Lars is from Montrose, Colorado, and has spent much of his career in customer-facing roles, building strong relationships and earning trust through hard work and follow through.
Family and friends are a big part of Lars’ life. He enjoys spending time at the family cabin, hunting, golfing, and enjoying Colorado outdoors.
